- The McKenzie Bale Spear is a heavy duty design. The frame is built from 1/4" HS steel, it has Italian spears that have a higher load rating than Indian spears that most other brands use. It has a full quick attach plate that fits most modern skid loaders. It has three spear packages available for use with round bales, or square bales, or both round and square bales.
